are the intellectual property of FlexibTrih Marketing and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our express written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to:

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of our business relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability
